Host Agreement

1. What StayGrid provides

• A free website at yourname.staygrid.app.
• A listing in the StayGrid directory.
• A WhatsApp booking flow.
• No commission on any booking, ever.

2. What hosts agree to

• Provide accurate property information.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly.
• Handle all payments and disputes directly.
• Not use the platform for any illegal purpose.

3. Photos

Hosts must own or have rights to all uploaded photos.

Hosts grant StayGrid a license to display photos on the platform and in marketing.

4. Free forever commitment

The core free plan will remain free.

Hosts will receive 30 days' notice before any change to free plan features.

5. Termination

Hosts can delete their account anytime.

StayGrid can remove accounts that violate this agreement.
