StayGrid is a website creation and directory platform for independent homestays. We connect travellers with hosts.

We do not facilitate payments or act as a party to any booking.

2. Host responsibilities

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their website information.
• Hosts handle all guest communications, bookings, and payments directly.
• StayGrid is not liable for any disputes between hosts and guests.

3. Free plan

The free plan is permanently free.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features but will never charge for the core free plan features.

4. Prohibited use

• No false or misleading property information.
• No spam or unsolicited communications.
• No use of the platform for illegal activity.

5. Intellectual property

Hosts retain all rights to their uploaded photos and content.

By uploading, hosts grant StayGrid a license to display content on the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any property that violates these terms.
