All payments between hosts and guests are handled directly.

StayGrid is not a party to any financial transaction.

For booking payment disputes, contact your host directly.

2. Paid plan refunds (when applicable)

If paid plans are introduced in future, refund terms will be stated clearly at time of purchase.
